To expand our team in Balerna (Switzerland), APR is seeking:


We are looking for a candidate with strong relationship skills, flexible and able to adapt to changes and manage tight schedules.

The candidate will be responsible to implement and coordinate the development of the product marketing strategy  inside the organization and  of the launch and commercialization of the OTC  Brand portfolio in all the Countries

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Participate to build the annual marketing and sales plan, specifically: sales forecasts for each product, allocation of expenses among brands/ products.
  • Manage the implementation of marketing strategy and of plans for the existing products.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to manage new product development.
  • Manage the development of marketing tools for new products.
  • Cooperate with local partners to support the launch activities and the trade marketing strategies
  • Analyze and evaluate customers’ sales trends, reports and international marketing plan implementation
  • Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including the brands websites, print communication, and advertising.
  • Organize and coordinate the attendance to some of the most important pharmaceutical international fairs
  • Manage external PR and creative agencies.
  • Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.

In order to guarantee the projects success, the ideal candidate will be involved in coordinating and  cooperating with internal APR functions and external partners:

  • Research and Development dept.
  • Licensing, Business Development and Alliance dept.
  • Quality and Supply depts.
  • Finance dept.
  • Communication and PR Agencies

The  Product Manager OTC will report to the Brand Manager OTC.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Management with Marketing experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience preferably in marketing departments of healthcare and/or cosmetics  companies
  • Proficient in Business English language. Other languages may represent an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office package
  • Digital and e-commerce experience will be a plus
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, verbal and  written
  • Natural ability to manage relationship and teambuilding
  • Leadership skills
  • Self-starter, with the ability to complete tasks and manage deadlines
  • Attitude to “think outside the box”
  • Availability to business travel all over the world
